The America’s Got Talent free prize draw, “the Promotion”, is open to United States of America residents aged 16 or over, excluding Freemantle Media and Player X Ltd employees, their families, affiliated companies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

The Deadline for entry for The Promotion is 15th September 2008. Winner will be selected at random and will be notified by email by 17th September 2008. You will need to respond to this message by email by 23.59 (GMT) on 22th September 2008 to claim your prize.

The Promoter reserves the right to redraw prizes if winners do not respond by this date.

The Finale takes place at 6.00pm PST on 1st October 2008. Location is CBS Radford Studios, 4024 Radford Avenue Studio City, CA 91604. Winners must supply and organize their own travel and accommodation. Travel and accommodation IS NOT included as part of the prize.

The Winners’ names can be obtained by sending an SAE marked “America’s Got Talent Promotion” to the Promoter at the address below after 17th September 2008.
